Cancellation and refund eligibility

An order cannot normally be cancelled after successful payment and digital access has been provided. Because the product is delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable after access is provided.

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment was debited but access failed, or the delivered files are technically unusable. Genuine payment or delivery issues will be reviewed; an appropriate resolution may include replacement access or a refund where warranted.

Email ramji.tripathi1989@gmail.com with the payment/order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or OTPs.

Approved refunds, when applicable, are initiated to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.
